1. How many days does it take for the order to reach me?
We ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 6-7 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated maximum 2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at keos.care@gmail.com
2. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at keos.care@gmail.com
3. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a refund, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 10 days to send it back to us for a full refund. To request a return, please email us at customercare@keos.life
However, please remember to return items with all the packaging intact.
Once we have received the product, it will process for quality check.
For fragile products refunds are calculated based on damage caused during return.
Once inspected we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned request email.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. Products damaged during delivery to the customer must be immediately notified with visual evidence and can be exchanged or returned with full refund.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards and Cash On Delivery.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled but you can chose to return the product to it's origin but please note shipping charges will be deducted for forward and reverse shipping.
6. I have cancelled/initiated a refund, when will I receive the payback?
Once the refund or cancellation is processed and you have been notified please be patient as the fund will be released back to you in 5-6 business days.
7. I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
