We ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 6-7 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated maximum 2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us via ' Contact Us'.
What's not returnable: Keos runs on a 'no-waste' sustainable policy and have a print on demand service, which means, if you choose a printed product, it will be printed in the color, size & print you order. Hence, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for printed products.
Why do we follow this policy?: Due to the vast variety of prints available with Keos, there are few chances of customers ordering the same print, in the same size, in the same color that you may have purchased, and hence, when you return them, they are wasted. For correcting our course, and making our environment more sustainable, we have a strict policy for no returns or exchanges once printed products are sold.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email on our 'Contact Us' dialogue.
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled or rerouted to the new address, whichever option may be conveniently available at Keos.

Please check the eligibility for returns, if your product is returnable we give you 10 days to send it back to us for a full refund. We offer a 100 % refund, if the product is defective or damaged.
For fragile products refunds are calculated based on damage caused during return.
Once inspected we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the return request email.
Please note: If your package is on the way to us, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

Absolutely! You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund. However, please remember to return items with all the packaging intact.
