Shipping:

We provide shipping to most locations within India.

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours and can NOT be canceled once the process is completed.

Your order will be delivered within 4-6 working days from the day order was placed.

However please note delivery duration could vary sometimes due to external situations like bad weather. Make sure you provide is with your email and phone number for us to send you a tracking link for your order.

What's not returnable: Keos runs on a 'no-waste' sustainable policy and has a print on demand service, which means, if you choose a printed product, it will be printed in the color, size & print you order. Hence, we cannot accept any returns for printed products. However exchanges can be consider as per the requirement of the customer.

If your not sure of your size: You can always choose to buy from the basics section as the products in the aforementioned section are returnable/exchangeable.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:

At KEOS to begin initiating a return, within 7 days of receipt with tags, please reach out to our customer support team.

    • Please note, all tags must be intact when returning or exchanging the product. Printed, customized & handmade products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made to order especially for you.

    • Simply contact our support team if you have any questions regarding your return.
    • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
    • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.
    • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
    • Products damaged during delivery to the customer must be immediately notified with visual evidence and can be exchanged or returned with full refund.

    • Delivery charges are non - refundable.
    • Pickups for returns are chargeable 
    • The product, when  returned, will be processed for quality check. No returns, no exchanges and no refunds are provided for damaged returns.

    • KEOS cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
    • In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
