Everything you need to know about how and when your Keos order reaches you.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Order processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
Estimated delivery: 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather and logistics challenges beyond our control. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders, no minimum order value
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹2,500
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order link in the footer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they haven't been dispatched yet. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page if you wish to return a delivered order.
