What's not returnable: Keos runs on a 'no-waste' sustainable policy and has a print on demand service, which means, if you choose a printed product, it will be printed in the color, size & print you order. Hence, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for printed products.
But I'm not sure of my size: You can always choose to buy from the basics section as the products in the aforementioned section are returnable/exchangeable.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:
At KEOS to begin initiating a return, within 7 days of receipt with tags, please reach out to our customer support team.
Please note, all tags must be intact when returning or exchanging the product. Printed, customized & handmade products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made to order especially for you.
Simply contact our support team if you have any questions regarding your return.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
Products damaged during delivery to the customer must be immediately notified with visual evidence and can be exchanged or returned with full refund.
- Delivery charges are non - refundable.
- Pickups for returns are chargeable
The product, when returned, will be processed for quality check. No returns, no exchanges and no refunds are provided for damaged returns.
KEOS cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
