Keos Returns & Exchange Policy
We’ve updated our policy to enhance your shopping experience while maintaining quality standards. Please review the details carefully:
1. Exchange Policy for Printed Tees
- Printed tees are now eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed after a quality check of the returned product.
2. Store Credit for Returns
- Customers opting to return a product will receive store credit after deducting applicable shipping charges.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
3. Returns/Exchanges for Damaged Deliveries
- Products damaged during delivery must be reported immediately with visual evidence (photos or videos).
- Such products are eligible for exchange or a full refund if notified promptly.
4. Chargeable Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a processing fee, which will be communicated during the request process.
5. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- Tags must be intact: Products without original tags will not be accepted.
- Quality Check: All returned products will undergo a quality check. Items failing this check will not qualify for return or exchange.
- Fragile Items: Items categorized as fragile must be returned or exchanged with their safety packaging intact. Requests without this packaging will not be entertained.
6. Non-Acceptance of Damaged Returns
- Products returned in a damaged state (post-delivery) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
